This Privacy Policy explains how Appsaint Technology (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Arrows Out (the “App”) on Android and iOS. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

• We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, or contacts.
• Your game progress is saved on your device, and (optionally) to your own Apple Game Center / Google Play Games account so you can resume it.
• We show ads through Google AdMob, which uses device and advertising identifiers.
• We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send optional push notifications.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide. None is required. The App has no sign-up, login, or profile.

b) Game progress. Your level, stars, streak and settings are stored locally on your device. If you sign in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), a copy is stored in your own cloud account for that service so progress can sync across devices. We do not receive your real name or email from these services.

c) Advertising & usage data (via Google AdMob). To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA where permitted), IP address, coarse device and app information, and ad-interaction data. On iOS, personalized ads that involve tracking are only used if you allow it via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the EEA/UK we request consent through Google’s UMP consent form before serving personalized ads.

d) Push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging). If you allow notifications, the App obtains a device registration token from Firebase so we can deliver messages. This token identifies the device installation, not you personally.

3. How we use information

• To run the game and save/restore your progress.
• To display and measure ads, and to keep them relevant (subject to your consent choices).
• To send optional notifications (e.g., a daily-challenge reminder).
• To diagnose crashes and keep the App working correctly.

4. Advertising choices

• Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
• iOS: control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; the App respects your App Tracking Transparency choice.
• EEA/UK: you can change your consent choices from within the App’s privacy options where offered.

5. Third-party services

The following services may process data as described in their own policies:

• Google AdMob & Google APIs — policies.google.com/privacy and Google’s advertising policies.
• Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Google Play Games Services — policies.google.com/privacy.
• Apple Game Center — apple.com/legal/privacy.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above to the extent needed to run the features above, or where required by law.

7. Data retention

Local data remains until you delete the App or reset progress in Settings. Cloud-save data is controlled by your Game Center / Play Games account. Data processed by Google/Firebase is retained per their policies.

8. Security

Data transmitted by the App is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and may object to processing or withdraw consent. California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, or opt out of “sale/sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us below.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, with safeguards required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
